Our typical lead-time from order placed to shipped is 24-72 hours, except for Holidays & Weekends. Special orders can take longer to ship depending on stock and inventory levels. Product shortages and supply chain disruptions due to COVID 19 may extend all advertised lead-time projections.

Given the Covid-19 Pandemic, Processing and Shipping Times Will Likely See An Increase. We Will Do Our Best To Process All Orders In A Timely Manner But Please Expect Delays on Certain Items. Most orders are shipped UPS Ground, FedEx or through the US Postal Service. All BDS Suspension Systems are Built To Order. Given the Built To Order Status all BDS Lift Kits Take a minimum of 2-10 Weeks Or Longer to Process. Backorder Status Does Not Apply to BDS Suspension Systems And Orders Cannot Be Canceled Once Placed. PPEI SHIPPING DELAYS - Autocal, Ez Lynk & Switch shortages have become common. Orders can take a minimum of 3-4 weeks or longer to ship. Backorder status does not apply to PPEI orders.
If a delay in your shipment occurs, we will contact you through email or by phone. In most cases, if a product is not available to ship immediately, it is placed on backorder. Backorders will only be charged once your order is ready to ship - except for orders paid through PayPal.com. Payments made through PayPal.com will be charged immediately. Maxxed Performance has no control over this. Some items are special order or come directly from the manufacturer. Delays in processing times or shipping can occur for these items. Your patience is appreciated. Periodically, a part may be discontinued or temporarily unavailable that is listed on our website due to changes or production issues by the Manufacturer. We make every attempt to maintain current information and stock levels, but are not responsible for any manufacturing delays.
We strive to maintain accurate rates on our website, but at times, certain products will have modified freight, and will incur other charges, if this occurs, Maxxed Performance will contact you to discuss the differences in costs, or arrange a different shipping method if possible.
All Shipping quotes apply to the United States (Lower 48 States) only. For Shipping outside of the lower 48 states please contact us for proper shipping rates. FREE SHIPPING, if offered, applies to the United States (Lower 48 States) only. Shipping charges will apply to all other regions. Items marked as Freight DO NOT qualify for FREE SHIPPING.
